How I work
Start with the problem
I figure out what users need and what the business requires before picking tools. I have shipped on Next.js, Roblox, Postgres, and custom platforms. The stack follows the problem.
Ship, then improve
The first version does not need to be perfect. It needs to be real. GenPBR started as a small texture tool and grew into a SaaS platform because users showed us what they wanted next.
Move fast without chaos
Good process helps you move faster, not slower. I use clear workflows so the team spends time on hard problems instead of repeating the same mistakes.
Care about the details users see
Layout, speed, and accessibility matter. They are how people decide whether you take the product seriously. I sweat the small stuff because users notice.
